Hi from Ohio. I found myself looking for a a support network for weight loss after this past weekend. My new boyfriend and I went to an amusement park and although I knew I was overweight it didn't hit me how much until then. Trying to keep up with him all day showed to be a test in itself. So I am now here with all you as my support network to help me stay on track and loss the weight I need not jsut for me but for my kids as well.

I've been around awhile but I am kinda feeling like a newbie because I basically am starting all over again after gaining back all the weight I lost last year.
