Hey
I am a 21 and from Alberta Canada
I have struggled with my weight my whole life.
I have been everywhere from a size 8 to a size 20 in the last 3yrs.
I have started going to Herbal Magic and have lost 12lbs with them and another 19lbs on my own b4 joinging them.
I tend to lose motivation quickly and get back into old routine. I am hoping this site will help keep me motivated and on track.

Welcome to this friendly site! There are nice people of every age -- check out the Support Group folder.

3FC has free tickers. I found that setting a first mini-goal really helped motivate me. And there is alot of good info here, too.
