Hi there, I'm a newbie - but I'm hoping that I will find people here going through some of the same weight loss issues (and recipes for when I get sick of chicken and turkey!) I just started slim 4 life two weeks ago - hoping to lose 121 lbs! i've tried everything in the past - weight watchers (didn't do very well with the group meetings); metabolife - which I was incredibly successful with until I stopped taking it, of course) - weight loss for dummies, slim fast, etc, etc, -- so hi there!
