need a little help navigating site
 

I am trying to add some of forums as favorites. Is that even possible?

I do WW on-line and happened upon this site and it already seems to be helping to inspire me to keep going. I have been stuck in a 5lb cycle for over a month. I keep losing and gaining the same 5 lbs. GRRRRRRR

I know I have to really increase my exercising so am hoping I can gain some insite from other folks struggling along with me.
