Just wanted to say hey. I'm new here...I've dieted before...and been up and down in my weight my whole life. I just started exercising every day...so that's a start!
Have you checked out the "Exercise Accountability" thread in the "Exercise" forum? Those guys and gals REALLY help to keep me on track for doing my exercise every day. Its a great tool (and knowing there are people awaiting your accountability post every day really helps you get up off the couch).
