HI new to the site

Just wanted to drop a note and say hi to all. I am new to this site. I will be starting the Metobolic Research Center Plan today. I have alot of weight to loss but am determined to make it work this time. If anyone has any tips I sure would appreciate them. I can use all the help I can get. Is anyone else on this plan? If so drop me a note and tell me how you are doing on it and if you have any suggestions to make this work for me. Thanks

Hi Stressed57 - I'm not familiar with the plan, but good luck on the path you've chosen!
