Hello everyone. After reading the forums I finally decided to join. I've been on yo yo diets for so many years which I guess all of you are familiar with. There's so much great information here that I hope to finally get in shape and make it easier to be there for my kids as they grow up. I'm looking forward to finally make the jump from forum reader to forum contributer!
