need some help
 

Hi I am new here and have fallen off my wagon last year i lost 60 lbs with weight watchrs and did so well. 3 months ago I quit smoking and gained 25 lbs back I hate myself and cant seem to get motavated .

Youve done it before, and you really have made the biggest step by coming here. I say well done you on becoming pro active about your gain of 25lbs, your getting back to it before things get out of control and your loss is all back on. Also huge congrats on giving up smoking, you have achieved so much, i think yopu should congratulate yourself on your achievements and not beat yourself up too much about the gain.

First off, definite HUGE congrats on quitting smoking... I wish soo badly my boyfriend would quit :( I never understood how hard quitting was till faced with his absolute inability to quit, even for his relationship, so... you have my full admiration :)

Don't hate yourself for the weight gain! We all fall off the wagon at some point, but getting back on feels so good once it starts movin' again ^_~ Welcome aboard!!

Hi and welcome to 3FC! I'd like to welcome you to a thread totally in check with what you're going through. I hit a plateau last fall and maintained up until recently where I finally gave in thinking I'd never be destined to lose anymore. Well, it sure didn't take long to add pounds back on and now I'm feeling like "who am I kidding" of course this is obtainable and I deserve to go for it!!
