Hi All!
I am just starting my weight loss program today. I am going to use the calorie counting method. After gaining 55+ pounds during pregnancy two years ago, I never lost the weight (and actually gained a few more!) My goal is to lose the 50 pounds before getting pregnant with baby number 2, and then NOT getting myself into the same weight gain predicament. I am using the calorie counting method- starting out at about 1500 cals, doing cardio for 45 mins- 1 hour 4x a week. 50 pounds to go.....I guess you have to start somewhere..... WELCOME. I also do calorie counting. I do not chat on that forum. I like to chat on the 100 lb club forum. I personally have found something I can do for a lifetime. I hope you have found that too.

Welcome. I never lost the first baby weight and got preggers the second time and it's way harder to lose 2 pregnancies worth of weight than one, so good for you for nipping it in the bud!
