I'm a 21yr. old mom of two boys.(23 months & 4 months). I was diagnosed with P.C.O.S. so loosing weight is extra hard. I'm trying to lose a little over
80lbs. . . any tips would be great!!
I see that you have already lost 11 pounds, good for you! I know dieting while breastfeeding is tricky, as you have to eat well. The only suggestion I can give is to get exercising, if possible and cut out the treats, have a fruit instead of a treat, try not to eat processed things.
Bobby! Have you had a chance to check into the Dieting with Obstacles section of 3FC? There is a forum there for ladies who are pregnant or nursing. Also, there is another forum for ladies who are dieting and have PCOS/Insulin resistance. There are many forums here that you might really enjoy. Take some time to look around then jump right in.
