New and looking for support
 

Hi all
Im glad to have found this site. Ive been trying to lose weight for the past few years since my daughter was born. I had gestational diabetes and was told that puts me at a higher risk for type 2. :eek: I lost about 11 pounds last year and have gained it all back and then some (Isnt that how it goes!) This time around Im determined to make it work. My goal is to move from an overweight BMI to normal.:)
