You can love food, but you'll have to love new foods that aren't calorie loaded. I had to realize I had to change, or my health will suffer. Gotta remember that what's going on inside is just as important as what's changing outside. And if you're putting good foods inside, you'll love the outside! It's a long battle, though! Don't give up!
It is a long journey, but definitely worth it. I love food too, and as a result in my life, I have weighed as much as 230 pounds. My opinion--start working at it now, when you're younger. Once you hit your 30's, it doesn't want to come off nearly as easily!!
And remember..."nothing tastes as good as being fit feels".
