    I'm Lori, and I am happy to be here.

    Overweight really since birth, and I didn't really care all that much until I hit 244 pounds. Seriously, I was fine at 225, but those last 19 pounds just pushed me to a different place.

    So, I'm here.

    I'm using myfooddiary.com, and journaling, and trying to stay under 1500 healthy, balanced calories every day. I also joined a gym through work. My membership starts in a week, and I will be meeting some girls from the office a couple of mornings for some cardio.
