Hi! A newbie looking for any help at all... :)
Hi everyone -
I'm a college student in the midwest, and have been overweight my entire life. I love music and shopping (especially for handbags and shoes!). I've tried all kinds of weight loss tactics with very limited success. My main supporters are my family, and that sometimes doesn't work - my mother is naturally very thin and doesn't seem to understand why I can't just lose the weight, and my father has also been overweight most of his life and has never really found a way to fix it! But I think this site may just help me out. So, any advice or support would be so appreciated! :) |

Hi! Welcome to 3FC's. You and I are along the same lines so I completely understand. I am also a college student (in the east though) and recently I have been struggling with my weight too. What year are you? We also have similar stats. If you need anyone to talk to I am always around :) :carrot:

I'm starting my senior year. My plan is to stick to a calorie range of 1500-1700 and then workout as much as I can. I'm trying to do an hour a day, which shouldn't be hard once school starts because I will be walking to class. Also, I am trying to start yoga to get more flexible. What about you what are you planning on doing?

Hello! You are welcome to join my group. Rhighlan86 already has. lol We get a little more in depth over there if your looking for more support. :carrot: Everyone chooses their own plan. Some calorie count, some do atkins, some are just trying to stay healthy while pregnant!
