I'm new to the board. I've been on it, reading and such, but not steadily.
Before I dive into losing weight, I wanted to make sure I was a non-smoker. I now can say that's true.
So, I'm having a bit of trouble finding a group to get into here. One where I can get support/accountability for exercise/food/water, etc. Anyone know of any close-knit groups or challenges? I'd be so thankful for any info.
Congratulations on becoming a non smoker, I know what commitment and willpower that takes.
For myself I lurked around the different forums here on 3fc and got the feel of things. After a little while I found what I wanted and level of support that I needed. So just take your time to browse around and I am sure that you will find somewhere that fits you needs.
