Hi from Michigan
 

Hi, I'm Brenda from SE Michigan. Born and raised here... I am married (93)Hubby(Bob) with two kids (John)(96) and (Rachel)(97) plus a dog (Harley) and a cat(Gizmo)....

I have to admit, that I have tried before to do WW and lost about 15 lbs and quit... guess what its back and more... I have never really gotten rid of baby weight after having them so close. One year and 16 days apart, and being pregnant for 2 years straight has really changed things... But it should of not took me 10 years to fix it..:shrug:don't know why its took so long to take care of me.

So here I am, trying to make this 43 year old woman healthy. I don't smoke or drink so that 2 positive things happening... But the diet and excerise has to get in place. :woops:

Hey Brenda! I thought you were saying that you were ninety-three years old! But I realized later you meant you got married in '93. Oh dear. Morning brain!

Welcome to the forum! Poke around a bit and see if there are any plans here that might work for you. Old fashioned exercise and eating healthy are the way to go!

Hey. You are welcome to join our group! We don't follow a set plan. Some ladies have been on atkins, some calorie counters, some ladies are pregnant and are just staying healthy. We welcome all eating plans and our main focus is healthy eating and exercise. :D

Hi Brenda from Belleville, MI.

I've been doing WW for 18 months, the weight is coming off slow but I haven't been as focused or stayed on program as well as I could or should.

Good luck with whatever program you choose, just remeber it has to be a life style change, not something you do for a while and then go off of. Belive me I've yo-yo dieted for years (and I've got about 8 years on you LOL).
