good afternoon ladies. im not so new and re registered here after not being on for so long. anywhoo, im a fan of the weight watchers program, not the meetings so much. i've never really felt supported and hate going to them. kudos to those people who they work for. so i am looking for an accountability partner. someone who will message and be messaged on a weekly basis in which to share sucesses, concerns, weight loss for the week and anything else that they wish to. in return for this i will offer you 100 percent genuine support and encouragement. so, if their is anyone else out there that thinks that this type of arrangement may work for them, please let me know.

Well I myself am not familiar with the points system but follow calorie counting. You are all welcome to join our group! We don't follow a set plan. Some ladies have been on atkins, some calorie counters, some ladies are pregnant and are just staying healthy. We welcome all eating plans and our main focus is healthy eating and exercise.
