lost 94 pounds once . . . need to lose 67 now!

    Hi,

    I'm back on the horse. I lost 94 pounds in 2003, but regained it with the births of my second and third babies in 2006 and 2007. I know HOW to do it, just got to put one foot in front of the other, and move away from the kitchen!

    Step away from the pantry!! hehe. Welcome to 3FC! Nice to meet you, and I wish you much luck. I was thinking about heading over to Austin around Christmas...I am looking for a place to vacation that is dog friendly, and Austin was in the top 10. I have been to Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, but I don't really know what to expect from Austin!
