Hello From South Mississippi!
 

Just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I'm Stephanie and I'm from South MS. I'm 29 and work in customer service as a training developer and coordinator for a dotcom retail company.

My husband and I just started the Sugar Busters plan and we have been having success so far. My only complaint is that it is kind of expensive to buy stuff without all the added sugars and starches. This diet has really opened my eyes to the amount of sugar I was consuming daily. It has been 10 days and I am down 8 lbs as of this morning. As a person who NEVER diets, I don't consider this to be too bad for my 1st real effort.

Anyway, I look forward to learning all the tips and tricks you have to share here. I have already been lurking on the SB boards before joining and can't wait to dig a little deeper. :)
