Hello! My name is Laurie and I'm in Georgia. I am obviously overweight since I'm here and really would love a little encouragement/accountability. I have always been overweight, except maybe when I was 8 .. then it started going downhill from there! I am married to an Army Soldier and we have a beautiful little girl that is almost a year and a half old! I am trying to lose this weight so I can be more appealing to my husband (even though he doesnt think there is anything wrong with me) and so I can be able to play with my daughter and teach her healthy living. I dont want her to see me live a sedentary life!!

Well thats about all I can think of .. I cant wait to get started on here and learn about all of you and become your friends!

Glad to have you here! I am also dealing with a significant other that thinks I am just fine the way I am LOL. These southern guys like a little meat on their girls.
