Newbie from Maine
Hello all! Hope everyone is well. I'm new to 3FC, though I've been a fan of the site for a long time. I'm a military wife, paramedic, mother, and trying to shed some weight (25 ish lbs.). I lost 30 lbs following WW about 3 years ago, going from 168 to 138, but went to school and stopped eating right and started just eating, so gained quite a bit (though not all) back. I started WW again a few weeks ago, have only lost 3 lbs. so far, but I knew it wouldn't be as easy as before. Also, we just moved to a new duty station, so I'm just getting back on track w/ exercising. Thanks for listening! Take care and stay motivated!!
