I Believe It's Time!
 

Hello! I'm 48 and have been overweight since childhood. As I got older, I got bigger.:^: I believe it's time to stop what I'm doing to myself and lose this weight finally! I'm not attending Weight Watchers but I am following the Core Plan. So far I've come across lots of new ideas and lots of encouragement for one another. It's what I need! May success come to all of us here! :cp:

And success will indeed come with a great attitude and great support, and you seem to be doing good on both those fronts!
