Newbie from Texas

Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum from the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I graduated from college in May and next month I'll start my career as a Special Education teacher. I'm the heaviest I've ever been and haven't been happy with my body for some time now, so I've decided to finally do something about it!!! I started the 5-Factor diet and fitness plan 5 days ago. I feel great so far, but I don't weigh myself until Tuesday, so we'll see!

Hi Brittany and welcome to the forum! I'm a teacher by training, but I've been at home with my kids since my oldest was born. Good luck with your new job, and it sounds like you've got a good start under your belt!
