Hi.... my name is Shelly I live in jonesboro Ga. and im on here to find people to talk to that is going through the fat stage just like i am.... =) i am currently 210 and i wanna be down to 150 so i need some people to help me out. If anyone would like to maybe get together sometime and work out i also have a room mate that is like my sister that is on here also and we all can loose weight together...... we all need the motivation and support.... so just let me know. also i am going to Bally Total Fitness if anyone is in the area and goes there let me know and maybe we can work out together......

Hi Shelly! I don't think I'll be able to join you for a workout, but the folks here are great motivators, so I'm sure even if you can't find a friend who is near you, you'll find tons who will support you through cyberspace!

Hi Shelly, I'm in Williamson (near Griffin) I wouldn't be able to make the workouts with you but it's cool seeing someone on here from around the same area, looks like we have similar start weights and goals too! Cool! Are you doing any specific plan or just changing your lifestyle? Good Luck!
