Hi I'm new

Hello. I am from Illinois, had a baby about 6 months ago. Been on WW for 4 months and the scale is not budging. I find myself buying larger sizes ever time I shop. I am depressed and need some help or direction as to what I need to do to make things work.:dizzy:

Hi! My son is 5 and I'm still fighting with the weight. The one thing I did after my son was born was walk probably 2 miles several times a week. I had friends that walked with me. Now, I eat better, but don't exercise like I did. Best of luck!!!:carrot:

Welcome to the site and congrats on the baby! It's hard to lose weight with a newborn in the house, especially with other kids as well! I have relied on reduced calorie intake with exercise fit in wherever I could shove it (usually doing DVDs or exercise shows on TV before the kids woke up).

Good luck and stick around!

Kara
