Hello everyone! I'm new here, but not new to being fat! Today I will be signing up at the metabolic research center. Is anyone currently on this diet? How do you like it? I want to lose 75 lbs! And if I work hard, they say I can lose this in 24 weeks. Any tips? I'll be 40 in Feburary and I simply can't be fat and 40! Thanks Laura
