I thought joining this forum would be useful in my journey
I'm 19, female and 5'6 at 176.
I'm not extremely over weight but I know I should probably be between 145-150.
I play DDR, go on walks, do house rock, ride bikes and so on
I eat pretty healthy, no junk foods really, no soda and I've been eating this way for about 3 years. I've lost about 10 pounds since I was 16 and it was a huge difference and I just want the last 20 or so to be done with.
I dont want to starve myself but I havent lost any more weight really and it has to be because I'm not burning enough..
ANYWAYS I'm looking forward to being healthy body and mind..
I also like makin friends
