Hey everyone! I'm Polly (20), from Spain. I started my weight-loss journey almost exactly a year ago, and did great for four months, but then I changed schools and cities and fell off the bandwagon.

I gained some weight, but I'm happy to say I didn't go back to my starting weight I'm determined to do it this time, and I'm back to this wonderful forum which helped me so much the first time around!
