Hi everyone, My name is Rachel. I don't know my way around here yet so be patient please. I was looking for someone local to give and receive support but you guys rock!! The amount of support I have witnessed is amazing and goes to show you don't need to be close by to offer support to people.

I am 37 and I have husband and two kids, Jackson is 7 and Mark is 3. We were hoping for another baby but two years later it hasn't happened. Probably because of my weight. I need to lose about 25 kg (don't know how to convert to pounds!):o It doesn't seem like much but it rules my life and it doesn't help when I am the only one around me that cares about how I look.

Hi Rachel. I am new here too. Inquiring minds need to know so I found a kg to lb converter. 25 kgs=55 lbs. You're right it's not that much but when you don't feel good about yourself because of it, the number doesn't really matter.

Hi Rachel! At the top of your page there's a "User CP" link on the purple bar. Click on that and you can add to your profile and such. I'm not all too computer savvy, but I bet if you poke your way around a bit you could put something fantastic together!
