Hi from South Wales! Newbie here!

Hello everyone - I'm really pleased to be here!

I discovered this site today and it seems perfect for my ongoing Slimming World challenge!

I started at SW in July last year, and have currently lost 2stone 11.5 lbs. I have had a hiatus of a few months, having started a new job (and other things) but I'm back on track now - I've lost 3 1/2 lbs in the last 2 weeks.

I'd love to get in touch with anyone else on the Slimming World plan!

I've never been to Southern Wales but spent six weeks in Northern Wales a few years ago and absolutely loved it. What a gorgeous country!!!
