Im glad that i found this web site. Sounds like a great support group. I've always had to struggle with my weight since I was a kid. I've done the yo yo dieting. Now I am prepared to keep it off for good. Im a cardiac nurse and have seen so much heart problems I don't want to end up with heart failure, diabetes, etc. Glad I can be a part of this board

Thanks for the Welcome all! I feel like I belong already. Its hard enough dieting alone but reading some threads and seeing that I am not the only one struggling with weight issues or having the exact same questions that are going through my head puts me at ease and motivates me to keep reaching my goal.
