I am new where do i begin - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

I am brand new and want to know where to begin. I love all the items that are used to keep up with weight loss and want to know where to make my own. Thanks for any help.

I am sure you will find the forums useful and also a source of support.

How to make "tickers" which track your weight loss journey you may either use ones on 3 fat chicks to do use this link http://www.3fatchicks.com/weight-tracker/ which will take you to commence making your own.

Or you could make ones at www.tickerfactory.com or www.tickercentral.com

When you have made your ticker you will see a code that is made you need to copy this code.

Then at the top of 3fc site you will see the tab "quick links" click on this and then click on "edit signature"

When you are on the page to edit signature paste the code that you copied into the big box which looks simaliar to the one when posted in forum. It will also say just above the box on the left hand side edit signature.

Paste code into this box and then scroll down the page slightly and then you will see a button save signature click on that and now your ticker should appear above the white box with a grey edging.

Sorry if this is not so very clear but not the easiest to explain simply.

If you're starting ur diet, maybe u should know how many calories you should be taking everyday for your diet. here's a calculator that can help you

Hi. I am new to 3FC. I had a baby in January and now I am looking to shed some lbs. I am on weight watchers but it is a struggle. I could use any suggestions and advice anyone has to offer. Thanks.
