3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

My name is Cathy. I'm 41 and just got through watching the infomercial for "7 Shapely Secrets." No, I did not purchase it, but through browsing I found your website.

I joined because I wanted to find other women in my position trying to lose weight and needing support from other women. I am a SAHM to a soon to be 3 year old little girl who is the light of my life. I am married to my soul mate and will be celebrating 7 years of marriage next month.

My goal is to try and get down to 150 by November 11. My younger brother is getting married then and I want to look good. I can't seem to break the 200 mark. I am not on any diets so much as I am just watching what I eat and changing my habits. I was also working out twice a week but now that my daughter is out of her MDO program for the summer, I won't be able to get to the gym as often but I do have an Orbitrek that I am going to start using today.
