I found this site and loved it!
I am trying to lose about 30lbs. I joined a gym a couple weeks ago, and have been going faithfully. I love walking as well. I walk with my IPOD on to motivate me!
I eat really healthy foods, but portion control is often a problem for me. I have a weakness for cookies! I just found some that are 130 calories but are big and full of healthy fiber. That's my new treat!

I've lost a couple pounds since I started, but I want to lose consistently each week.
