Hello everybody :)

My name is Tia and I´m 33 years old and come from Hamburg, this is in Northern Germany :) I fight my overweight for years like the most of you :( But my weight became more and more. This year I want to do it, I can't take it anymore .. the backache and kneeache and to feel bad.
A girl from a Lush forum had the weight ticker from the 3fatchicks in her signature, so I jump to this site and was amazed and rejoiced at your goals and mini-goals and the motivating pictures. That gives me new hope that I can make it maybe too :) My first mini-goal is to fall below the 150-kg-border. Currently I reduce fat and sugar in my diet. Last thing is very hard because I´m a sweet tooth *grin*
