Hi ya'll!
 
Hey I just wanted to intro myself and say hello.
1) I am from west Texas.
2) I just started the MRC plan and have already lost 10 lbs in 10 day!

Okay so I'm very excited and determined to reach my goal before Christmas and I think that will happen and then some.
Well I will keep posting , but I am off to work so see ya chicks later!
