My first goal to health was to find a support group. And by synchonicity I found this site.

I have a long way to go. But every journey starts with putting a foot forward and it the distance flies by when there is good companions on the journey.

You'll love it here - the support and friendship you'll find is amazing.
We have very similar starting points and goal - my all time heaviest was 336.
What plan are you using? I would love to be able to help you in your journey, and if you are willing, I would love some support and advice from you. Feel free to PM me anytime you need to talk. I especially find the 300+ board a terrific motivator and a great place to meet people who know exactly where I'm at.
