Anyway, I'm here and I'll need support and it looks like this forum is a great way to get it! I have a 2 stage approach to weight loss...lose some weight quickly to get me motivated and then focus on being healthy and eating healthy so I can maintain forever. I have some intestinal trouble that doesn't allow me to eat too many raw veggies or fruits all at once so Weight Watchers did me in a few years ago, but now that I've learned what does bother me, I should be better off.
