Hi I just thought I would introduce myself....My name is Tami. I am 24, married to hubby (26) for 3 and a half years. I have always been on some type of diet, and etc. Same old story. Now I am trying to change my mind set, and realize that I have to eat like this for life, and its hard not to think someday I can go back to eating what I want.
Anyhow, I am just looking for as much support as I can get, and stumbled on this website, so here I am! I look forward to getting to know everyone! :)
