So I have come back and hoping to stay.. Last time I was here i started at 189 and when I left I had only lost 2.5 lbs.. Now coming back at 199 but for the past few weeks I have been reading everyones post just to keep me on track. On may 24th I started changing everything when I stepped on the scale I weighed 210.5 and this morning I have re entered the Onederland. Which happens to be on of my first weight loss goal that I have succeed at!! Looking forward to getting to know everyone here
