Hello Everyone!
My name is Teresa. I am new here. I am looking for support and new friends.
I need to lose 65 pounds. I am a mother of 5 and have also had a hysterectomy 15 months ago. After the surgery my weight sky rocketed. I gained alot. I am excited to have found this site. there is so much information and everyone seems so nice. Wish me luck!

Hope you will love it around here as much as the rest of us do. It is such a great place for ongoing support and friendship as you travel that winding road to better health and fitness.

I'm scheduled for a hysterectomy on September 20 and I am certainly not looking forward to it.

Thanks for the friendly welcome meowee. If you want to know anything about having the hysterectomy just let me know. I don't regret having mine one bit. I was worried about it at first cause I was 28 when I had it done but I am so glad to be out of pain. My weight gain hasn't been directly due to the surgery. I had just gotten lazy. I also had surgery on my knee 20 months ago and that is when I started my weight gain. Anyway if you need anything please let me know. Good Luck!! *hugs*:hug:
