Just Saying Hello
 

I'm new to the sight and just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. I'm just starting on my weight loss journey and have a long way to go. I know it is a slow journey, but I plan to just keep putting one foot in front of the other until I reach my final destination. I would appreciate any support and friendship all of you can give me as I continue on my journey.

Congratulations on your weight loss, and your new journey!! You can do it, it is hard journey , but with determination we can do it!! I have been doing this for a little over a month( 3rd time here), and have found lots of great support , information and inspiration here. Look at the support groups and find the right one for you and remember: You Are Worth it!!!
