Hello!!!
Newbie here! I have what feels like a TON to loose. I have let myself go for far too long and now I'm afraid I'll dye soon if I don't do something. I'm hoping that joining this group will help, since, like most of you I'm sure, I've tried almost all the diets ~ WW, Lean Line, Atkins, Protien Shakes, etc. ~ and failed. :o I think that this group might be the answer becasue I have been able to stick to this 'lifestyle change' for a week now and don't feel at all deprived. :D Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks for the support!!!! And good luck to all the other newbies!!!!

In one of the FAQ threads there is an explanation how to put the trackers in, Here is another one:http://tickerfactory.com/ezticker/ticker_designer.php good luck on your decision to get healthy, I made the same decision a few weeks ago to become healthy because of how bad my body felt, and just loosing 20 lbs has made a great difference. I am just counting calories, and exercising, I began slow and now do more , you can do the same. Good luck on your journey!! cheryl |
