hi! my name is sarah! i'm new & just wanted to say hi to everyone. i've been trying to lose weight & could use some support buddies. i started going to a gym & got a couple friends to sign up with me but they keep bailing or just not motivated & sometimes that makes it hard for me to go. so i was looking for a place to talk to other people interested in loosing weight....& i found this site.

Hey, Sarah, good luck with your weightloss. I find that is the thing when you do something like this. You can never rely on others not to let you down. I have found doing it on your own is the best way as only you can let you down then, and you won't do that as you want rid of the excess. Good luck with everything.
