hello everyone my name is adah and i am looking for some support as i start this new round of weight lose. i was up too 190 last year and down to 160 then back up to 180 i don't wanna keep doing this yo yo thing. it is time to change things for good. i look forward to get to know everyone here and talk to people who understand.
