New & excited!

Just found this awesome site today! <lucky me!>;) I'm so glad I found it. I have just stared my "change" and gosh it's tough. I am going to try to write in my blog at least every few days and visit the message board. Are blogs and journals the same thing? I'm looking forward to some support, advice, etc This looks like it will be a great group.
