Hello Everyone

  • Hi. I am a 24 year old, soon to be law student, looking to lose weight. I have gained a significant amount of weight recently, but have always been on the heavier side. I have even had doctors tell me that I shouldn't be below a certain weight because of the way I am built. Regardless, I would love to be 160 lbs, but I will settle for reaching my goal of 200 for now. I really think now is the time that I will really make the changes I have been talking about for sometime. A friend of mine recently lost around 65 lbs and when we were talking about it, I asked her how / why she did it, and she said that she got to a point where she felt that she looked to good to be stuck in her body. I kind of feel that way too. Well, I look forward to getting to know other people on this message board. Good luck to all the other newbies.
