medical weight loss clinic anyone?
 

Hi, I am new to this board! I just joined medical weight loss clinic yesterday and am starting the plan 2morrow. I thought it would be great to start an "online support thread" or something where a lot of people on this diet could encourage each other! Anyone interested?

Scroll on down to Diet Central--on the main forum page--and see if you can find a place to post a thread about your plan! General plans might be the best bet.
