New!! Again:)

    My name is Melissa and I am back to the diet after about 2 years of not watching my weight; at all. It all seems so new and different now, and I'm looking for the right weight loss plan for me. I look at all the program options (south beach,Atkins,WW (ect) and I have no idea where to start. I'm a meat lover, so I know whatever I do I must have meat and veggies. If you have any ideas please let me know and I would greatly appreciate it.

    The best diet will be one that you can stick to, so it's good that you are clear on what you WANT to eat. I'll say that I personally do South Beach--you'll get lots of meat and veggies on that plan. I love it and I find it very easy to stick with. There is a forum just for SB on the site. Whatever plan you pick (or if you decide to do something like calorie counting--there is a forum for that too!), good luck!
  • It is ok to experiment until you find the plan that is right for you. I have done different plans and have found that calorie counting works for me , and it costs nothing.
  • I am on WW. I'm on for the second time as I did it before my pregnancy. I love it!
