Back After a Break
Hi everyone! I was here a little over a year ago and I loved having such an informed and supportive community. I got offline, but have been working out with a trainer once a week and have maintained what I lost and gotten more toned. Recently, I've gotten back into working with a food journal at www.calorie-count.com, and I thought I'd pop back in here for some motivation!
